Customer Support Representative

General Description:
The Customer Support Representative is the
Company’ key customer
contact member. The position, receives incoming requests for general
technical support, answer general sales questions, schedules appointments,
accurately enters ticket information into the database, protects
company data and its resources, coordinates service appointments,
takes walk in support inquiries and/or equipment testing and exchanges,
and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
The CSR
handles exceptions, researches complaints, and tutors and instructs
customers in the installation and use of various computer
appliances as may be needed to access Company services. Answer
all service related calls and/or emails. Handle field technician
requests. The SpeedConnect CSR assures customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive telephone calls from SpeedConnect customers to discuss
support questions and service concerns; place telephone calls
to customers to assure satisfaction and or resolve open service
requests.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding high speed data
products and services; offers additional or alternative product
and services
to customer; attempts to save disconnects or avoid reduction
in services; explains price information, installation procedures;
explains proper troubleshooting procedures and rate structure.
- Assess
customer needs and promote all services to existing and new
customers with tact and courtesy. Place new installation
orders, place service orders for disconnects and service changes generated
from the customer; schedule appointments accordingly; prepare
associated paperwork for work orders; process special request for services.
- Responsible
for researching customer complaints and/or open service requests.
- Responds
to any messages from answering service or voicemail boxes.
- Reconciling
billing database to servers.
- Responsible for handling field technicians
on new installations, disconnects, service calls, and any other
type of work order.
While keeping accurate data of any equipment changes from trucks to database.
- Respond
to all email related support issues.
- Accurately perform various
clerical duties.
- Perform other duties as may be requested by a member
of the Management team.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a high school
diploma, a valid driver’s
license, good driving record and pass company background check.
Personal computer training and experience, a technical acumen
combined with a resilient personality and a positive pr customer
company
attitude.
Microwave Tower Technician
Location: Various locations - field and home office position

Tower Technician

General Description:
The Microwave Tower Technician
will be responsible for repairing, installing, and/or maintenance
on communication
towers and customer
locations. The Tower Technician will be required to travel, and
be able to climb to heights in excess of 500 feet. Essential Duties
and Responsibilities:
- Perform antenna mount installation, RF/Fiber Cable Runs,
and ancillary RF equipment through the following: Conduit,
Monopole, H-Frame,
Rooftop, Cable Trays, Tenant Improvement Sites.
- Performance of the installation and/or removal of new antenna
systems; including mounts, cables, support hardware, alignment
and troubleshooting
as required.
- Customer service calls and installations.
- Operate field
strength meter and have experience with spectrum/network analyzers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and
quality control through monitoring
system standards.
- Establish, nurture and maintain favorable relationships
with customers, potential customers, past customers and community members.
- Maintain
proper paper work and work documentation.
- IP networking – configuration
and maintenance.
- Tower ground/facility
maintenance.
- Ensure that distribution components
are built right the first time.
- Handle
ladders and hand tools.
- Operate and maintain service vehicle.
- Represent the company in a completely
professional manner at all times, present a professional attitude and appearance
in employee,
customer, vendor and contact interface situations. Participate
in and encourage community service participation.
- Participate in
other duties/responsibilities/projects as situations dictate and or as
directed by the Service Manager.
Qualifications:
Tower Technician must have previous
experience climbing towers in excess of 250 feet, basic knowledge
of installation
and maintenance
of microwave equipment, have a valid Driver's License, and be able
to pass Drug & Criminal and other client required background
checks. Tower Climbing & First Aid Certifications are preferred.
Must also be an organized team player with good ethics and communication
skills. Able to read, comprehend and carry out instructions. Great
physical condition and stamina. Able to drive a company vehicle.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience. This position
is 100% performed externally, on-site, outdoors, with exposure
to the elements of nature working under normal construction conditions.
Wireless Service Technician
Location: Various locations - field position – may work
from home office.

General Description:
Wireless Service Technician to join our expanding Customer Service
Team. Your main focus will be to solve wireless DOCSIS modem
installations issues, align customer antennas, and identify LAN
and or Local
RF conflicts and or interference, other duties as required. This
person will be responsible for a company provided Service Truck
and must be able to handle a 30 foot ladder. Qualifications include:
Experience with the Installations of home Satellite dishes and
PC Network cards. Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, IP networking & configuration
and cable modem experience a plus. Candidate must have a high
school diploma, a valid driver's license. The willingness and
the ability
to handle ladders, hand tools, various test equipment and climb
antenna towers if needed. Excellent opportunity for advancement
in the head-end and repeater systems work.
