Ferguson is the Chief Financial Officer of SpeedConnect. Since
joining the company in 2005, Mr. Ferguson has successfully assisted
in the structuring of several rounds of financing with the State
of Michigan and financial
institutions, allowing for the strategic expansion of the Company
throughout Michigan and into Iowa. Mr. Ferguson, a certified public
accountant licensed
in the State of Michigan, has over 28 years of financial management
experience,
including 10 years with Deloitte Touche LLP and 18 years with closely
held entities.
He is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan,
has founded
several charitable 501[c)[3) entities and is a past member of the
Detroit
Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors.
